A day and residential school near Bheemunipatnam
Ameya World School sits on nine green acres at Sangivalasa, on the northern edge of Visakhapatnam and away from city traffic. Children join us in Nursery and can stay all the way to Class 12, as day scholars or, from Class IV, as residents.
We are affiliated to CBSE up to Class XII (Affiliation No. 130259) and accredited for IGCSE by Cambridge Assessment International Education, part of the University of Cambridge. Our teaching draws on the National Curriculum Framework and on practices from international boards.
Ameya uses the XSEED method and works with Teachforce Education (previously iDiscoveri) on teacher training, curriculum development and school leadership, so lessons are built around understanding rather than rote memory.
