How we handle your details
We collect only what we need to answer your enquiry, and we take particular care because many enquiries concern children.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry or book a visit, we receive the details you type in: names, mobile number, email (optional), class, programme, city and state, and any visit preference.
Why
Only to contact you about admissions, visits and the programme you asked about. We do not sell or share your details, and we do not use them for unrelated marketing.
How long
Enquiry records are kept for the admissions cycle they relate to and then deleted, unless your child joins the school.
Children's information
Forms should be completed by a parent, guardian or an adult student. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and never publish a student's name or photograph without permission.
Analytics
We use privacy-conscious analytics to count visits and enquiries. No advertising trackers load until they are configured by the school.
