A chemist by training, a teacher by calling
S. Koteswara Rao has played an exceptional role in education in Andhra Pradesh for decades. A postgraduate in Chemistry, he is one of the founders of the pioneering Guntur Vikas Group of Educational Institutions, and founded Vikas The Concept School and Epistemo Global School in Hyderabad.
His emphasis has always been on child-centred learning, all-round development, learning methods that connect with the real world, and creating social and civic responsibility in students.

Director. Postgraduate in Metallurgical Engineering from Banaras Hindu University; 20 years at BHEL, Hyderabad, retiring as Additional General Manager, R&D; earlier a senior scientist at the National Metallurgical Laboratory.
Ramtulasi V. S. Mandava
Director. Pharmacy graduate and licensed pharmacist (California). Taught at DAV Public School, Visakhapatnam Steel Plant, and Dr. Shyamala Reddy Dental College, Bangalore.
Mohan S. S. Mandava
Director. M.Tech from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore; 15+ years in technology in India, Singapore and the USA, with a deep interest in project-based learning.
